Managing Partners
Founded on a decades-long friendship and a shared conviction: that people and culture are where lasting value is built.

Mahdi Hemingway
After graduating from the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School, Mahdi joined Exelon Corporation, developing deep subject-matter expertise in investments, corporate strategy, finance, and risk.
At TP Booker, he leads origination, capital formation, and transaction underwriting, along with the relationships that drive them — founders, owners, intermediaries, and capital partners — and structures and raises the capital behind each acquisition on a deal-by-deal basis. His role is to bring the right opportunities to the firm and align the right capital to close them.
A veteran of the United States Marine Corps, he led teams performing supply chain management functions — experience that shapes the discipline and accountability he brings to every acquisition.

Anuarite Chretien
Anuarite came to investing from senior operating and strategy roles at leading enterprise cloud-infrastructure and data-analytics companies, working at the intersection of technology and the defense, intelligence, and telecommunications sectors.
At TP Booker, she leads deal evaluation and value creation. She assesses each opportunity on its operational and strategic merits — the strength of the business, its market, and its people — then works with management after close to turn that thesis into execution: sharpening operations and applying technology to scale each company the firm acquires.
Over a decade of service as a Marine Corps Intelligence Officer took her across the Indo-Pacific, where she navigated complex problems under pressure — setting the foundation for the judgment she now brings to the firm's investments.

“True value lies in the strength of our relationships and the positive impact we can make on the cultures of the companies we support.”
We place a premium on people and culture, cultivating environments where integrity and transparency flourish — and where the human element within an organization is treated as the source of its long-term success.
